3月27日，博鳌亚洲论坛理事长潘基文在接受南海网记者采访时表示，博鳌亚洲论坛落户博鳌的19年间，过去只是小渔村的博鳌，如今基础设施建设发展有了质的飞跃，也成为让更多人认识、了解海南的窗口。潘基文希望海南能继续发展，扩大对外交流合作，他相信韩国济州会成为海南很好的合作伙伴。

On March 27th, the Chairman of the Boao Forum for Asia Ban Ki-moon said that the Boao Forum for Asia has been held in Boao for 19 years. In the past, Boao was only a small fishing village. Nowadays, infrastructure development of Boao has made a qualitative leap, and it has become a window which let more people know Hainan, come and enjoy the beauty of Hainan. Ban Ki-moon hopes that Hainan can continue to develop, and diversify the areas of cooperation. He believes that South Korea's Jeju will become a good partner of Hainan.
