With the theme of “New Era, New Transformation, New Industry”, the 2019 World New Energy Vehicle Congress takes place in Boao, Hainan from July 1st to 3rd. A total of 1,500 guests and 320 journalists from 11 countries and regions attended the conference.
Laszlo Varro, Chief Economist of the International Energy Agency, discussed about Hainan’s promotion of new energy use and development of electric vehicle industry, and gave suggestions in an interview with hinews.cn
Laszlo indicated that the use of new energy vehicle immediately impact the air quality, to the extent, clean electricity or electric cars can also have a very large positive impact on carbon dioxide emissions.
The sustainable transport policy would integrate the promotion of electric cars, so that the vehicles can run on electric engines. In terms of supporting facility, the deployment of clean energy sources such as wind power, solar power and hydro power in the electricity system will play an important role in promoting the promotion policy of electric vehicles and the development of electric vehicle industry.
He also said that because the most successful clean electricity sources on the production side are the wind power and solar power, they can provide flexibility to the power system of electric cars. by deploying electric cars and also linking them to smart optimization, we can have a system in which the electric cars charge when the sun is shining, they stop charging when the wind stops blowing. Additionally, not only the transportation system will run on clean electricity, but solar power can also develop a power integrated system to provide power support to more industries.

Laszlo表示新能源汽车的使用直接解决了环境污染的问题，它对城市的空气质量有着巨大的影响，从某种意义上说，清洁电能或电动汽车将会大大降低二氧化碳的排放。
关于发展公共交通的政策要结合电动汽车的推广，公共交通车辆可以使用电动发动机。在配套设施方面，电力系统中大力发展风力发电，太阳能发电和水力发电等清洁能源，会对电动汽车的推广政策和电动汽车行业发展起到非常重要的促进作用。
此外，在社会生产使用的清洁电源当中，风力发电和太阳能发电使用最为普及，它们可以为电动汽车的电力系统提供灵活的供电解决方案，我们可以通过智能优化电动汽车的充电系统，使电动汽车在阳光照射下便可充电，在风停止时停止充电。除此之外，不仅运输系统将使用清洁电力，太阳能电力之间也可以发展电力集成系统，给更多行业提供电力支持。
