以“新时代 新变革 新产业”为主题的2019世界新能源汽车大会于7月1日—3日在海南博鳌举行。本次大会聚焦汽车与能源、交通、信息等领域联动智慧城市应用场景的深度融合。共有来自11个国家和地区的约1500名嘉宾和320名记者参加了此次大会。

　　联合国工发组织能源系统和基础设施主管Rana Ghoneim在接受南海网记者专访时表示，海南作为自贸区，应当在推广新能源的使用上迈出更大步伐。“中国在可再生能源和可持续发展上已经处于领先地位，海南也在这条路上不断前进。我们要多鼓励私营企业，和他们形成良好的合作伙伴关系，引导海南当地居民学习环境科技和可再生能源的相关知识，”

　　在谈到关于海南电动汽车产业未来的发展时，Rana Ghoneim建议，海南可以和中国其他地方一样，投资新的合作伙伴，支持制造业、自动驾驶、可再生能源等产业的发展，与其他国家分享相关经验，促进电动汽车产业的发展，为这些产业创造一个合作和分享经验的平台。

　　Rana Ghoneim, head of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization's energy systems and infrastructure, said in an interview with hinews.cn that as a free trade zone, Hainan should take further steps in promoting the use of new energy.

　　“China has taken a leading position in renewable energy and sustainable development, Hainan is also on the track. We should encourage private sectors to form good partnerships with them, to educate local residents in Hainan to learn environmental technology and knowledge about renewable energy," she said.

　　When talking about the future development of Hainan's electric vehicle industry, Rana Ghoneim suggested that like other parts of China, Hainan can invest in new partnerships to support the development of industries such as manufacturing, automobile driving and renewable energy, sharing relevant experience with other countries.
