The second session of the 6th Hainan Provincial People's Congress starts on  January 27,2019 in Haikou,375 deputies attend the session. In  the following four days, the deputies will discuss the issues about the  construction of Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone and Hainan Free Trade Port.

Shen Xiaoming, the Governor of Hainan Province, reviewed the work in 2018 and  delivered the government work report of 2018 at the session.

"The government have done a lot for the construction of Hainan Pilot Free  Zone,the statistics in the report illustrated this part of job, so I feel  really excited," Lin Youkui, a deputy to the People's Congress of Hainan  Province, told hinews.cn.

"The government work report is really exciting, there are lots of highlights in  it," said Hong Ping, a deputy to the People's Congress of Hainan Province.

"I'm an artist from the basic level, the report included something about  culture and tourism, local culture and traditional Sanyuesan festival, which  are all very good," she added.

    1月27日上午，海南省第六届人民代表大会第二次会议在海口隆重召开，在未来的四天半的 时间里，375名参会人大代表将带着全省900多万人民的期许，一起为人民幸福生活、经济 社会发展，全面深化改革，以及海南自由贸易试验区和中国特色自由贸易港的建设积极建 言献策。

    在今天上午的海南省六届人大二次会议上，省长沈晓明代表省政府向大会作政府工作报告 ，回顾2018年的政府工作，确立了2019年的目标任务以及主要工作安排，会议结束后，参 会的人大代表们纷纷表示，今年的政府工作报告振奋人心、催人奋进，特别是一项项民生 举措，为全省人民带来了实实在在的新变化和获得感。
